Aires Full Moon

Aires Full Moon

FULL MOON:

This month’s lunar peak occurs on Monday September 24th at 10:52 P.M. EDT at 2 degrees Aries 00 minutes. Saturn is in square to this Full Moon, creating a serious atmosphere and requiring our close consideration in all matters. I cannot over-emphasize just how important this aspect is and that we all must be careful in how we react to the circumstances and situations that arise. This is not a time to act frivolously or to shrug off the intensity this will produce. It’s a time to focus our attention on the most important things and to take time making decisions. Rushing to judgment on any Saturn aspect is a grave mistake, and this is especially true now.

This is the Harvest Moon and represents the start of the process of collecting what has ripened. This is, of course, true in agriculture, but most of us aren’t working on farms any longer. However, your life and plans are the fields you sow and reap. This Full Moon will show many of us exactly where we need to focus our attention and what should be harvested. Because this is the Aries Full Moon and it completes at 2 degrees, it’s very close to the cardinal axis and may represent the beginning of several new cycles that will become more obvious in about 2 ½ weeks on the next New Moon. Also, because it is in Aries there will be a lot of assertiveness in the air and many people will have a strong opinion about what to do and how it should be done. As with all Full Moons you need to respect the fact that the Sun-Moon opposition implies the potential for some conflict. Aries is ruled by Mars, the god of war, so don’t rush into something without understanding what’s at stake. As I said above, Saturn is pressing heavily upon this Full Moon and you must proceed with caution and clarity. If you handle this correctly it can be a very fruitful and rewarding moment with long lasting benefits.

The above advice should also be heeded by our government and those who will make some of the most important and long-lasting decisions in the coming weeks. The ever-exciting political front has recently offered us several more traumas to digest. There is Dr. Ford, Brett Kavanagh’s accuser preparing her testimony, and the backlash from both sides of the aisle that has kept us glued to our TVs (whichever station you prefer). As if that wasn’t enough for an autumn weekend, now we have the NY Times article putting Rob Rosenstein in the hot seat. I do not believe that Kavanagh will be appointed. There would be serious backlash from the American public and it has become a no-win topic for the Republican Party. Because this Full Moon is 2 degrees Aries and sits so close to the Aries, or World Point, it may have a huge result in our personal lives, as well as in societal issues. This is a time of endings and new beginnings. We are rapidly heading towards the important mid-term elections that will decide the direction of this administration in the coming few years. Those of you who follow my work know that I expect the Democrats to see a major victory in November. The astrology of that day will be posted on my website later today and those of you who study this subject will be able to scrutinize it and follow my reasoning, whether you agree with my interpretation or not.
