FULL MOON:
This month’s lunar peak occurs on Tuesday November 12th at 8:34 A.M. EST at 19 degrees Taurus 52 minutes. Taurus rules the 2nd house of money and values. I expect some news in the financial world in the next few weeks that will create much motion in the markets. It’s tough to tell which way they will go, but they will most likely move in one direction or the other rather severely. Personally I think the top has been reached and despite many attempts to create a new bull run in the equities I have yet to see any indicator of that. While I don’t think there will be a crash this year, I do expect a downward sentiment. There are a number of problems that are coming to a head, any one of which could rock these markets. Deutsche Bank has been rumored to be heading for a bankruptcy, which would create an aftershock of massive proportions. Last week Bank of America shut down for 48 hours – no branches open, no atms working, nothing. Citibank also had a short shutdown with no explanation. The buzz is that they are preparing for the coming collapse of Deutsche Bank. With Mercury in retrograde and Saturn about to conjunct Pluto I’m watching this carefully and continue to advise securing your cash. The warning signs are all there. Pay attention or don’t. That’s up to you. But if you bury your head in the sand don’t be surprised if you get an earful of dirt.
But Taurus is about much more than just money. It rules our values, something that we each define in our own way. What’s most important to you? Is it health, companionship, security or do you just value the all mighty dollar? No matter how you see things this will be a moment when your ideas about what is most important will become obvious and force you to make some choices that may have long term effects. Choose wisely, grasshopper. In our personal lives many issues will arise that test our decisions. Relationships may be challenged; career choices and your attitude towards home, age and time may also become an issue. Nothing is simple in our modern world. So don’t look for easy solutions. Embrace your life and be happy for the gifts you have been given.
